Photos have revealed the moment Christian women were seen praying profusely while lying on the road in the Ukpute area of Benue state against the deadly Coronavirus.
A Facebook user who is identified as Onah Blessed Emmanuel who posted the viral photos revealed how he joined them in the prayer to fight against Coronavirus.
Recall that Coronavirus is currently tormenting the world since it was emanated from the Wuhan area of China.
Over 10,000 people have lost their lives in this mess. Nigeria had recorded 40 confirmed cases of Coronavirus even though the Federal Government has ordered the closure of gathering, schools and others, it seems the virus seems to be waxing stronger daily.
These Christian women believe the only thing they can do is pray furiously to God.
PRAYERS AGAINST CORONAVIRUS
On my way to the village, last weekend, at the boundary between the Igede and the Tiv people – that was in Konshisha – I saw these the women of Methodist Church Nigeria, Ukpute, whose photos appear underneath, with their white uniform all laid on the red sand praying completely smeared.ÂUpon sighting them, I stopped quickly and wasted no second to join them in the prayer.

They called on God to put an end to coronavirus. They asked God to preserve Igede sons and daughters and bless them wherever they are.ÂThey prayed for Governor Samuel Ortom and the people of Benue State. They begged God to stop the killings in Benue and in other parts of the country.
