The dethroned Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi has just arrived Lagos, marking an end to his detention in Awe community of Nasarawa State.
Recall that the Emir of Kano was removed by Kano State Government on March 9 due to his attitude. Sanusi was also accused of refusing to attend official meetings organized by the Government without any lawful Justification.
The dethroned emir was taken to Abuja after a Federal High Court sitting granted him to be discharged from detention in Nasarawa.
His plane left Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport in Abuja exactly by 10:47pm.

According to Daily Post, his new place of residence might be situated around the Island area.
From what we learnt, his coming to Lagos is to ensure he was in good form and Lagos which seems to be central for Commerical and social event will be a good place for him to interact well with prominent business mogul.
“Basically, to resume his normal life and continue to speak on Nigeria’s problems and ways the country can be better”, the source said.
Despite his dethronement, Nasir El-Rufai who is the Kaduna Governor visited him in Nasarawa state and apart from that Sanusi bagged two appointments from him.
His two new appointments are Vice Chairman of Kaduna Investment Promotion and the Chancellor of the Kaduna State University (KASU).
I believe his coming to Lagos is already a normal place for him because when he was the governor of Central bank of Nigeria, He resided in Lagos then before he was sacked by Former President, Goodluck Jonathan.
