 FG Tells NYSC Management To Prepare For Resumption of Orientation Camp Activities | See Details

The Federal Government via COVID-10 Presidential Taskforce (PTF) has told NYSC Management to start getting set for the resumption of Orientation Camp activities which was earlier shut down in March due to Pandemic virus.

Orientation camp activities may resume after the end of the recently approved eased lockdown by Federal Government which is expected to lasts for another one month.

This report was released during a press briefing by Mr Sani Aliyu, the coordinator of Presidential Task Force on COVID-19

Below are what he said:

“We have advised the National Youth Service Corps to start planning ahead of resumption in future phases, but within this current phase of the response.

“ We will work closely with them to design policies that may allow this to happen in the future,” he said.

Meanwhile, it has been brought to our notice that NYSC management has extended the online registration for 2020 Batch A stream 2.

However, the PTF  also hinted that until the safety is assured, schools would remain closed and said the only exiting classes: Primary 6, JSS3 and SS3 have been endorsed to resume back while other classes and tertiary schools remained shut down.
