 Meet The Man Who Created Software To Understand Text Messages From His Mother In Local Language

A young man who is identified as Bonaventure Dossou has amazed the world after the creation of amazing software to understand his mother local language which he tagged as power Artificial Intelligence technology.

Bonaventure Dossou and his colleague were able to write series programming language that solved the problem.

The young man who told BBC News report revealed that his mother usually sends voice messages in Fon, a Beninese language when he was still in Russia studying but does not understand the language well.

“My mum cannot write Fon and I don’t speak the language very well but I’m fluent in French. I frequently ask my sister to help me understand some of the phrases mum uses,” he said.

With the assistance he got from a Nigerian identified as Chris Emezue, they were able to create an Artificial Intelligence that could be likened to Google Translate, a programme they named FFR.

According to BBC reports, the two undergraduates are among their colleagues in school who are making use of the power of Artificial  Intelligence to drive the understanding of human language.

This is a great creation from these intelligent geeks.

They deserved to be honoured for this wonderful and powerful software.
