Governor Abdullahi Sule who is the Nasarawa State Governor and the Emir of Lafia, Alhaji Sidi Bage paid a visit to dethroned Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi in his bungalow house.
According to a report gathered from reputable sources, the Nasarawa State Governor got to the place a few minutes after the traditional rulers arrived there.
There have been speculations making rounds that the former emir of Kano had been relocated to Lagos but today it was debunked by two prominent Nasarawa leaders who paid him a visit.
From what we learnt, It was believed that operatives of Police Explosive Ordinances Department were deployed to join the security operatives on Thursday morning.
Some residents of the rural community who spoke to newsmen, however, said while they are not happy about the deposition of the Emir, they are happy to be his host.
Recall the Emir of Kano, Sanusi was dethroned by the Kano State Governor in about a few days ago.
After his dethronement, El-Rufai who is the Kaduna State Governor appointed him into the board of Kaduna State Investment Promotion Authority and also made Sanusi the chancellor of Kaduna State University.
