See The New Guideline To Register For National Identity Card

On Tuesday 29 December, The National identity Management Commission issued new guidelines for people who want to register for the National Identity Card.

The Spokesman for NIMC, Kayode Adegoke said the new guideline is called NIMC Adopt Booking System for National Identity card enrolment.

He disclosed that the new process will make the enrolment system to become easier and safer for both the staff and Applicants.

What’s This New Guideline All About?

From December 30, 2020, attending to applicants will be dependent on the Booking system.

For Bookings, an applicant will need to visit any nearest NIMC office during the business hours between 9am and 1pm.

You will be asked to tender your personal information and an appointment scheduling will be booked for you.

They also said the booking information you are issued with is what you need to register for your National Identity card.

Once you get admission into the office, you will be given a number to queue in order to maintain orderliness and social distancing.

They also advised people who are coming to any of their offices to wear a face mask as per guideline protocol to curb the second wave of COVID-19 in Nigeria.
