Veteran Nigerian Rapper, Biglo Dies From Kidney Disease

Veteran Nigerian rapper, Lotanna Udezue who is Popularly known as Biglo is dead.

His death was confirmed by one of his colleagues who took to social media this afternoon to share the bad news.

According to his colleagues, The Nigerian rapper died on December 25th after a prolonged kid

Jazzman Olofin said:“It is true that Biglo is dead. To my knowledge, he had been ill for a while.

He had been battling kidney disease. He had been notifying the public via his social media account for a while now.”

I got a call from our mutual friends in America last night that he died on Friday, which was Christmas day.

Unfortunately, I do not know how old he was.”However unconfirmed reports revealed that the veteran rapper may have died of COVID-19 complications due to his recent post of being tested to the Pandemic virus.

Recall that in 2019, Biglo was down with kidney disease and was undergoing kidney dialysis in California.

In 2004, Biglo became a popular rapper when he sang “delicious” which featured 2shortz.

He also won best collaboration award at the Headies event that took place in 2006.

Years after, he stopped trending in the Nigerian music industry.

His death come days after Nollywood producer, Chico Ejiro died mysteriously.
